Gray Hair? No Hair?? Too Soon!
Become Younger

Death, taxes, gray hair and losing hair – all inevitable. Unavoidable. Bound to occur. But I’ll settle for an extended postponement!
I’m working on this. So far, so good. I’m sixty-six, and my barber is still looking for my first gray hairs. I’m not losing any hair either, knock on wood.
Raw foods are key to slowing the aging process
I think one key is raw food. I’ve always eaten a lot of raw greens, raw dairy and raw meat (braised on the surface for flavor but raw most of the way through. I use special food supplements to supply extra enzymes and other raw food nutrients that are important in…becoming younger!
Dr. Ron’s Superfats/Superfun Diet
We recently posted an article about Dr. Ron’s Superfats/Superfun Diet: Paleo Meets Weston Price on our website. I describe the way I have eaten for many years. We’ve had a lot of feedback from my patients and our customers who have tried it. Their experience has been similar to mine. People love it! They get well. Health problems disappear. Most find it fun, and satisfying, to eat this way.
The Superfats Diet consists of quality, grassfed animal foods of all kinds and fresh green vegetables, and very little else. If that sounds simple, it is. You eat grassfed meats and fowl and wild seafood, raw dairy and eggs from pastured animals, green salads and other green vegetables. Lots of fat in the above, and in butter, coconut oil, olive oil, krill oil, cod liver oil. A few berries. That’s it!
I contracted Lyme disease in 2002. I’ve never taken any drugs for it. This is the diet that has controlled 99% of the symptoms and kept me healthy, strong and youthful. When carefully followed and in conjunction with the right supplements for the individual, I’ve seen it work for every health problem you’ve ever heard of.
Diet and gray hair
My diet is a main reason I have no gray hair and haven’t lost any hair, and I’ve seen it reverse these problems in my patients and our clients. The ideal proportions of the foods in my diet are different for different people, but the principles apply to everyone. My diet is the most natural for human beings, the diet we are born to eat. It is based on my lifetime of research into the history of the human diet, evolution, anthropology, traditional and healing diets, my clinical work with thousands of patients, and my constant experimentation with my own diet for the past forty years.
Anti-aging supplements
Several special food supplements are especially important. I take our Life Caps, Iodine Complex and Organ Delight for anti-aging nutrients. Pancreas and Liver are great for enzymes that complement those in raw green and animal foods. Vision Quest and Deep Thought help keep the eyes and the brain sharp. Krill Oil and Cod Liver Oil supply a host of nutrients critical in maintaining youthfulness, and Coconut Oil has critical nutrients that help keep us healthy and youthful. Note, it is important to balance fermented cod liver oil, butter oil and vitamin K2. See my recommended doses of these oils.
Attitude and aging
Attitude and nutrition work together – in the long run, you can’t eat any better than you think, and our attitudes profoundly affect our well being. See Dr. Ron’s Top Ten Health Secrets if you’re curious about the thoughts that help me keep my (brown) hair!
I’ll never be twenty-one again (thankfully…). But it feels good to feel physically and mentally in control of the aging process, and to be confident that there is indeed a lot of quality time ahead. A solid nutritional foundation makes all else possible.
