I ordered my first bottle of this (which I received a few days ago) based on the one review for this product and the relaxation/reduction of jaw clenching they experienced (I am a mouth guard wearing jaw clencher!).

I have tried a number of magnesium supplements over the years including one recommended by my D.O. to both compensate for the lack of Mg in our foods, as well as to help reduce muscular tension and provide relaxation. (epsom salts foot baths are wonderful, but I am not as consistent as need be).

I've had varying degrees of success, and decided to try Dr. Ron's formulation based on the review and the product description.

I took 3 the first evening with dinner and was shocked how quickly the supplements kicked in. Within a few minutes (and I do mean about 2 or 3!) I felt my jaw relax, the muscles around my mouth, eyes and forehead...very quickly the stress was out of my face. (I thought if this is what Botox does, save $ and use this instead!) Next I felt the crown of my head "activate" (I don't know how else to describe the feeling. I had a similar experience when I first began taking the freeze dried Brain).

From my head the relaxation travelled to my neck, shoulders and down into my fingers and hands. Clearly I held tension in my fingers too, because they suddenly were more limber). The sense of relaxation and wellbeing was wonderful, and quite honestly nothing I anticipated.

Prior to bed I took 2 more, just to see how I would sleep. Like a log, I did not wake up throughout the night and slept a solid 7+ hours before waking. I know I didn't clench my teeth that night or since.

I now take 2 capsules in the AM (depending on the day, it seems as if I am calmer and situations that would stress me out in the past haven't). I take 4 capsules in the evening either with dinner or shortly after. I am sleeping so much better, not clenching my jaw (and if I am not nearly as tightly).

And as mentioned previously the reduction in tension in my face has made a difference in my facial appearance, so much so that my boyfriend who hadn't seen me for 3 days wondered what I was doing that made me "suddenly look younger". (I am vain enough that I would continue taking the Ca &Mg just for THAT!)

I think better when I use these. When I run out I notice a big difference in my thinking. It also keeps my mood level. I often feel down when I run out of these and much more happy and optimistic when I am taking them. I concentrate better and focus more on whatever I am doing. I do take 3 with each meal , 3 times a day.

I have been taking a teaspoon of this colostrum mixed thoroughly with a mouthful of water on empty stomach once in the a.m. and once at night. Pleasant taste reminiscent of golden crackers. After a month I am now experiencing significant results in terms of immune-system, skin, sleep, muscle-tone, hair-and-nail-growth health improvement benefits. Having read about colostrum, but wanting a reliable product I could truly trust, it was great to see Dr. Ron's Ultra Pure carrying it. So glad. Ordering more right now!

There are many types of iodine, and this did not work for me. I recommend you ask them first for a sample! I didn't know that was an option until I looked at their return policy to see this $43 bottle of iodine could not be returned.

This is the strongest, purest iodine I could find anywhere. I originally muscle tested 4 products & this one was the most positive (the only one worthy, actually). I'm able to get off of a lifetime of thyroid medication - with my Drs approval, including bloodtests, by taking this daily. I like it.
