Over the past 23 years, we have been committed to offering you quality products at the most reasonable prices. Since our last price revision in 2005, we have absorbed a variety of escalating costs to prevent any price increases for our valued customers.
However, in light of the recent dramatic rise in operational and manufacturing costs, it has become inevitable to revisit our pricing structure to ensure the sustainability of our business and to continue offering the products you love.
Effective from January 1, 2024, you will notice a modest increase in the prices of most of our products, ranging from $2 to $5 per unit. It is important to note that some products will maintain their current pricing.
This adjustment is a direct response to the increased costs we are experiencing in various areas such as:
- Raw materials: We are facing an unprecedented hike in the cost of raw materials.
- Custom duties: Recent regulatory changes have led to increased custom duties.
- Import and delivery fees: The cost to import and deliver products has surged.
- Third-party manufacturing: Production costs have risen substantially.
- Packaging materials: There has been a notable increase in the cost of boxes, paper filler, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials.
- Daily operating costs: The day-to-day operational costs including electricity and internet have also escalated.
We want to assure you that this decision was made after exhaustive deliberation and with a heavy heart. We remain steadfast in our commitment to providing you with the high-quality products that you have come to expect from us. Our goal is to maintain the trust and relationship we have built with you over the years.
